	Engineering (Based on 42 Circuit 240 Volt Single Phase Service)		$3,500 Base price
		Load Calculations
		Circuit location and distribution
		Equipment Specifications

FIELD WORK
	Soil Testing and Report (Price does not include travel)		$ 1500 Base rate
		Soil resistance testing
		Test Report and Ground Rod recommendations

	Ground Rod installation supervision (Price does not include travel)		$ 1500 Base rate
		Supervise drilling team
		Assemble and install ground rod
		Oversee Bentonite back fill mixing and installation

	System Performance Verification (Price does not include travel)		$ 1500 per day
		Fluke Model 43 Power Analysis testing
		Ground rod resistance verification
		Issue final test results and report

	Day Rate for out of area travel		$1,500 per day
		Rate is based on a 10 hour work day.

	Travel Day Rate		$750 per day
		Time is based on door-to-door travel.

	Travel accommodations
		All arrangements shall be made by Ground One, unless otherwise specified.
		Class of travel will be no less than business class or better
		Hotel accommodations shall be Marriott Residences or equivalent
